After finishing his post-secondary education (undergraduate degree in Film Studies from Brock University, graduate degree in Film Studies from Carleton University), Michael took the plunge into the “real world” taking on a variety of marketing positions across the not-for-profit, private, and municipal government sectors.
He has over 10 years of experience in municipal marketing & sponsorship and is passionate about connecting local businesses to the community in fun and innovative ways. Michael is currently the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator for the City of Richmond Hill.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his 10-year-old son and wife, attending live music and festivals, and throwing the ball for his energetic corgi.
