This breakout session will demonstrate how to identify sponsorship assets that can be sold within your municipality and how to create an inventory list to keep track of what assets are available to be sold. It will teach you how to identify assets across municipal facilities, programs, and events. It will also discuss identifying marketing and communications assets such as social media. To top all of this off, the session will create a case study from the venue itself.
