Alex Deighan is the Manager of Partnerships and Business Services at Toronto’s Parks Forestry and Recreation Division. He oversees commercial relationships with operators in public spaces, the development of strategic partnerships with third parties, and the management of 400+ leases, licenses, and agreements. He acts as the divisional lead for a partnership portfolio that includes sponsorship, philanthropy, agency relationships, and collaborative governance.
Previously working as the Manager of Policy and Service Planning, he brings over a decade of experience in public policy development, project management, intergovernmental work, communications, and public administration.
