Terms and Conditions

• I consent to the use of the personal information I have provided to the Hampton Inn Peterborough for the purposes of recording and confirming the details of my stay for facilitating future reservations and for informing me of special promotions or offerings by the Hampton Inn and Suites
• Our hotel is a smoke-free property.  Please be advised that smoking in a designated non-smoking area is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250.00 per night charge to your bill
• I agree to take full responsibility for any theft and or damages caused to the guest room and or public areas by me or guests in my guest room
• Room assignments and room locations are subject to availability – Check in time is 3:00pm – early check in is not guaranteed.
• I understand that if there is any unnecessary noise and excessive noise disturbance, especially after 10:00 pm that is not immediately corrected upon notification from the front desk that all guests will be immediately evicted.  Further if any rate adjustments or refunds are deemed appropriate to any other registered guest due to anyone in my party, I will be responsible for these lost revenues.
• There is a $50.00 credit card deposit that is required upon check in. We do not accept debit or debit visa.

Cancelation Clause

Individual guestroom cancellations made within this block will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. 

Liability

The Hampton Inn Peterborough reserves the right to inspect and control all functions taking place on site. Liability for all damages is the sole responsibility of the organizing parties and will be billed accordingly and does not assume responsibility for any damage to personal property or equipment brought on property.
