Lee-Ann Reck is a seasoned municipal leader with over 25 years of full-time experience in public services, recreation and facilities management. Currently serving as Deputy CAO of Public Services for the Municipality of Clarington, she brings a wealth of expertise in facility operations, recreation programming, business services, parks operations, and contract management.
Before joining Clarington in 2018, Lee-Ann spent more than two decades with the City of Mississauga, where she played a pivotal role in Accrediting Recreation Programs in High Five, accrediting the adult day programs with CARF. Since being in Clarington, Lee-Ann has worked to enhance the Fee Assistance Subsidy program, redeveloping facility fee structures, and supporting the integration of new business units within Community Services. Her transition to the CAO’s Office in 2022 marked a new chapter of strategic leadership, where she led the development of Clarington’s Leadership Competencies, launched the inaugural CAO Leadership Conference, and spearheaded the Continuous Improvement Program
Lee-Ann is a certified professional in change management, public sector management and holds technical certifications in basic refrigeration, aquatic facility management, and pool operations.
Her portfolio includes the successful oversight of major capital projects, parks, roads, fleet, recreation facilities, emergency and fire services, corporate customer service, and sponsorship.
